We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time. Due to the nature of handcrafted and artisan goods — including Yixing clay teaware and live edge wood — minor variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and considered part of the piece's character, not defects.

Shipping timelines vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Steaped is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of our error.
